Liao Dinghai, the founder of Hi-Target, is a domestic senior expert engaged in the research of GNSS. In the early 90s, his research has won second prize for technology progress in the military system of China and he had the honour of meeting Chinese President Jiang Zemin. Mr. Liao Dinghai was directly responsible for the setup and promotion of localization of technology, applying technology to products, and marketing of GNSS technology, and as such, is the leader of the GNSS industry in China.
Hi-Target Survey now has 300 employees, and of those, 60 employees hold a doctorate, masters, and senior degrees in engineering.
