After over ten-year development, the satellite navigation and positioning products develop from the small-scale and relatively independent applications in the lab to the embedding integration applications with certain scale in the production and operation, which determines that the service has become the key step during the supply process of the satellite navigation and positioning products. For this change, BDStar is dedicated to the building of the service mode and platform while focusing on the product development: in the aspect of service contents, we provide the comprehensive services including the consulting, training, maintenance and upgrade of the products, solutions, and satellite navigation system; in the aspect of the service flow, various service departments offer the customized services meeting the user requirements according to the features of different services throughout the whole process of the before-selling, in-selling, and after-sales; in the aspect of the service standardization and process control, we established national standard and military standard quality management system in Feb, 2003 and standardize, inspect, supervise, evaluate, and adjust the execution condition of the service system by founding the guarantee departments such as “Quality Management Office” and “Customer Service Center”, which guarantees the implementation and fulfillment of the “99.999 satisfactory service”.
